Mastering Your Leica M: Functions, Features & Photography Training
New to Leica and want to feel fully in control of your camera? This workshop is designed for beginners who want clear, practical foundations. We start with your camera: buttons, menus, autofocus and light metering and a sensible setup so the camera works for you. After a short break for lunch on location, we cover the essentials of photography: the exposure triangle (aperture, shutter speed, ISO), white balance, and simple, effective composition tools. We then take it outside for a guided, hands-on session to immediately put the new skills into practice so you leave with confidence and images to prove it. This workshop welcomes all Leica M models. Expect plenty of time for questions and personal guidance throughout the day.Who this is for

His work has been published worldwide in newspapers, UN organisations and various NGOs. For his recent work he has received, among other awards, a storytelling prize at the Zilveren Camera, the Prix Italia Special Prize and the Dutch TEGEL Storimans Award. Early in his career Daimon began working with Leica cameras — the Leica M, the Leica SL, the Leica D-Lux and the Leica S system. This background has given him a broad and in-depth knowledge of all Leica cameras, which he combines with his experience as a photographer. With hundreds of workshops under his belt, he has extensive experience guiding photographers at a wide range of levels. He combines technical knowledge, practical application and conceptual depth in a way that enables participants to continue growing independently. The focus is not only on operating the camera, but also on developing one's photography as a whole.
