New to Leica and want to feel fully in control of your camera—fast? This small-group workshop is designed for beginners who want clear, practical foundations. We start with your camera: buttons, menus, autofocus and light metering, shooting modes (P/A/S/M), and a sensible setup so the camera works for you.
After a short break for lunch on location, we cover the essentials of photography: the exposure triangle (aperture, shutter speed, ISO), white balance, and simple, effective composition tools. We then take it outside for a guided, hands-on session to immediately put the new skills into practice—so you leave with confidence and images to prove it.
This workshop welcomes all Leica models—from Leica D-Lux and and Leica Q or Leica SL, and the legendary Leica M (with a clear introduction to rangefinder focusing). Expect plenty of time for questions and personal guidance throughout the day.
